Mother’s Day has been a special day filled with many moments I will cherish in my heart forever: from hand-written notes, to face book posts, to home-made cinnamon swirl bread….my kids know how to make me feel special. My heart melted when my two year old, with eyes wide and a grin on her face, said (totally out of the blue at least five times throughout today), “Happy Mother’s Day!” I thank God for the privilege of being a mom to my six treasures. I am so undeserving of this opportunity to share life with these special people. Thank you, Lord, for my children!
Happy Mother’s Day to my mom, Mary Lou Griffith! I was looking through some pictures from the past, and came across this one. I’m thankful for a mom who has always loved me.
Happy Mother’s Day to my mother-in-law, Diana Jansma. I’m thankful for a mother-in-law who not only accepted me into the family, but who has always treated me as one of her daughters.
